The plan is to return much of the Kissimmee to its original state as a meandering river that spills its banks over a vast floodplain.  Since backfilling of this seven-mile section of river was completed in 2001, the river\'s game fish--its bass and brim--are coming back strong.  So are waterfowl, wading birds and shore birds.';
